We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to spearhead our housekeeping team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading the whole housekeeping team, ensuring high-quality services that result in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality
  • Creating a healthy environment that facilitates high performance of team members and accomplishment of organizational goals
  • Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, room cleaning, and so on
  • Coordinating with teams Purchase, Finance, and Human Resource across various locations for seamless delivery
  • Managing events hosted by the company as a business requirement
  • Maintaining high employment satisfaction scores and good audit scores (LQA)
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health, and safety regulations
  • Creating an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction
  • Administering property policies fairly and consistently
  • Ensuring disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting the Peer Review Process
  • Directing staff to strive for continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility
  • Interviewing and hiring management and hourly employees with appropriate skills to meet the business needs of the operation

Requirements:

  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship, and problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications: Experience in hospitality operations management, excellent leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure
