We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and operations management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our hospital operations, including patient flow, doctor onboarding, marketing campaigns, and patient experience improvements.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including ops, BD, tech, and finance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 0-4 years of experience in consulting, startup, or healthcare operations. A degree from a Tier 1 College (IIT/IIM/IIFT/ISB/Top NITs/XLRI etc.) would be preferred.

  • Designing and executing strategic projects in hospital operations, partnerships, and growth;">
  • Driving on-ground initiatives like doctor onboarding, marketing campaigns, and patient experience improvements;">

  • Building dashboards, reports, and processes for data-driven decision making;">
  • Identifying opportunities for scaling and standardization across hospitals;">
