Director of Hospitality Operations

The Director of Hospitality Operations is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events across multiple venues.

This seasoned professional will oversee and manage all aspects of event operations, guaranteeing smooth, efficient, and profitable outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with catering sales teams to drive revenue growth and maximize event success.
  • Ensure consistency in brand standards and corporate strategies through every aspect of event planning and execution.
  • Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve high performance and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Manage operational functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to exceed expectations.
  • Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all events.

Required Qualifications:

  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Director of Catering or Convention Services in a large-scale operation.
