Job Opportunity: Education Sales Lead
The ideal candidate will drive sales and revenue growth within the Education category by engaging with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify untapped market segments and develop space selling strategies.
- Develop and tailor advertising solutions for key accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure repeat business and growth.
- Contribute to market share expansion by acquiring new clients.
- Engage with clients on-ground regularly in a field-intensive role.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in media or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Good understanding of media and advertising trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates from print media industry.
- Those with an educational/academic sales background may also be considered.
