Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. As a key member of our corporate wellness team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs that cater to the needs of our employees.

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver group training sessions that focus on functional strength development, mobility, and injury prevention. You will also be responsible for conducting daily consultations with members to assess their progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and lead strength and conditioning sessions to support high-intensity group training and functional strength development.
  • Design and implement mobility and recovery sessions to improve flexibility and reduce injury risk.
  • Conduct daily consultations with members to assess progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the Head Coach in implementing training blocks that cater to different fitness levels and goals.
  • Ensure proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.
  • Collaborate with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance.
  • Maintain training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must hold a recognized Strength and Conditioning certification such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialization), or CrossFit Level 1+.
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury prevention techniques, and mobility training.
  • Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach that prioritizes member safety and success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes.
  • Team-player mindset with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and work under a senior coach.
