Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer experience professional to join our team in India. This on-site role will provide end-to-end support to users of our SaaS platform, ensuring they have a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels, assist users through onboarding, troubleshooting, and key feature usage, and maintain a friendly, clear, and solution-focused tone in every interaction.
  • Ticket Management: Log technical issues and support tickets accurately using JIRA or similar tools, escalate bugs or critical issues to the development team, and follow up to ensure resolutions are successful and satisfactory.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Create and update FAQs, help articles, and user guides, identify recurring questions or pain points and suggest improvements, and contribute to the growth of our knowledge base.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers of all technical levels.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom) and basic technical knowledge (APIs, browser issues, integrations).
