Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager-Risk Management to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework that aligns with industry best practices.
- Design and implement robust internal control systems to ensure effective risk mitigation.
- Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain risk registers (RCSA) to track and monitor identified risks.
- Collaborate with principal risk owners to identify key risks and mitigating controls in their business units.
- Develop and present reports to the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees on risk-related matters.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution.
- Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CBCP are preferred.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of exchange ecosystem and operations.
- Principles of risk management, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation frameworks.
- Ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes.
- Knowledge of risk and governance standards, including COSO framework and Basel Corporate Governance Principles.
