Job Title

An Internal Risk Specialist plays a crucial role in driving our clients' success by identifying and mitigating potential risks. Every day, you'll work with diverse teams to enhance our clients' Internal Audit processes and controls.

  • Lead or execute comprehensive internal audit engagements.
  • Perform thorough risk assessments to provide an accurate view of the client's current risk state.
  • Conduct end-to-end business process analyses and design innovative solutions.
  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze data using relevant tools and technologies.
  • Assess and design internal controls by applying knowledge of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

As an Internal Risk Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing quality and efficiency of recommended conduct risk solutions by applying relevant frameworks, conducting research, and performing analyses.
  • Conducting internal audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies.
  • Setting the stage for successful assessments of clients' internal audit processes and controls by collecting and organizing data.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure our clients' continued success.
Qualifications

To succeed as an Internal Risk Specialist, you should possess:

  • Post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
  • Strong project management capabilities and experience managing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry-leading tools and frameworks for effective risk management.
