Internal Control Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Internal Control Specialist to join our organization. As our key professional in this field, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as implementing controls to mitigate risks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Audit Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive audit plans with clear objectives and timelines.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate and prioritize financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Operational Audits: Conduct thorough audits of manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes.
  • Financial Auditing & Reporting: Verify the accuracy of financial data using data analytics and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through analytics-driven insights.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
