Financial Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Control Specialist to oversee the entire Order-to-Cash cycle for circulation revenue in our department. This role is based out of Delhi/Noida location and will oversee Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Jaipur, and Lucknow branches.
- Ensure timely billing to all agencies.
- Manage dispute resolutions with agencies and customers.
- Maintain existing and new customer codes with proper documentation.
- Process value addition orders/invoices regarding sponsorship.
- Reconcile dealer and finance ledger balances.
- Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory, and IFC).
- Provide revenue accounting expertise.
- Manage interfaces with banks on banking products/clearing of collections.
- Presentation of month-end reports relating to revenue and collections.
- Calculate Classified, Display, and Canvasser incentives.
- Achieve month-end closing checklist adherence.
- Initiate process control/cost control measures.
- Ensure GST & TDS compliance.
- Exposure to debtors' reconciliation, provision for expenses, cost ledger/vendor payment.
- Exposure to legal contracts/barter arrangements.
- Exposure to budgeting exercises.
- Exposure to document management setup.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Demonstrate working knowledge in SAP.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Education Qualification:
Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting in the service industry.
