Job Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat platforms.
- IDentify and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information using available resources.
- Document customer interactions and update internal databases with details of inquiries, feedback and actions taken.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, product) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Foster effective communication and adhere to company guidelines and policies.
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and personal performance targets.
Key Requirements:
- Proven customer support or client service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an asset.
