Job Title: IT Compliance Officer

We are seeking a seasoned IT Compliance Officer to ensure our digital operations adhere to regulatory, legal, and internal requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in information security audits, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.

About the Job:
A leading organization is looking for an experienced IT Compliance Officer to manage our digital operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all regulatory, legal, and internal requirements related to digital operations, IT Governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement RBI, NPCI, SEBI, TRAI, and other applicable guidelines related to IT and digital operations.
- Ensure compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and other data privacy laws.
- Monitor changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
- Conduct IT compliance testing and reporting findings as per guidelines.

Requirements:
- Certifications like CISA, CISSP, or DCPP are preferred.
- Strong understanding of Banks / NBFC operations and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
