Job Opportunity

The Team Lead HCC position involves overseeing the healthcare compliance team, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to optimize team performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HCC team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HCC initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and implement HCC strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track team performance and identify improvement areas.
Suitable Candidate
  • A graduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Team lead.
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance role or related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
