Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing regulatory compliance across multiple locations, ensuring timely renewal of licenses and approvals. They will also build and maintain relationships with local statutory bodies, police, and nodal officers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the process of obtaining and renewing mandatory licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and Trade license compliances.
  • Build and maintain relationships with municipal corporations, state health departments, fire department, urban development authorities, local statutory bodies, police, and nodal officers for compliance and inspections.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications, maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location, handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
