Travel Operations Coordinator

The Travel Administrative Agent role at Arrivia is a dynamic position that requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone and email, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Action and clear tickets received throughout the day, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is entered into the system.
- Process holiday amendments and notify clients of changes.
- Coordinate and complete administrative tasks related to holiday processing, including paying suppliers.
- Ensure accurate information is loaded into the system before sending clients their holiday itineraries.
- Deliver premium customer service, representing Arrivia's culture and values.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet productivity goals.
- Cooperate with management and stakeholders to develop new initiatives and improve processes.
- Perform other duties as required by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a scheduled weekend as needed.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with phone, email, and chat etiquette.
- Demonstrate initiative and follow instructions and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and experiences at all times.
- Understand and adhere to policies surrounding confidentiality and privacy of client, product, and company information.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
