Business Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern. This internship opportunity is available for recent graduates of an MBA course or individuals currently pursuing an MBA in India.

About the Role

  • Assist in researching and identifying potential target markets, industries, and clients.
  • Support the business development team in generating leads and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and conferences to gather feedback and understand customer needs.
  • Aid in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for prospective clients.
  • Assist in analyzing and tracking sales data, pipeline activities, and market trends to provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify areas of differentiation for Rootally AI.
  • Provide general administrative support to the business development team as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be a recent graduate of an MBA course or currently pursuing an MBA from a recognized university in India.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
