Key Roles and Responsibilities

The role involves managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll processing, and exit formalities.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment and hiring of candidates who meet the company's requirements
  • Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Managing attendance and leave records
  • Processing payroll and ensuring timely payment to employees
  • Coordinating with government agencies for PF, ESIC, and other employee benefits
