Job Title: Campaign Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • This role is responsible for managing the seamless execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital platforms.
  • The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and AdTech platforms.

Why This Role Matters:

The Campaign Operations Associate plays a crucial role in executing advertising and promotional campaigns using digital marketing tools across multiple platforms. This includes setting up, launching, and monitoring campaigns (Display, Sponsored Products, Video, etc.) to ensure SLAs are met and conducting live QA during launch.

Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech) and external stakeholders for operational coordination, validating campaign deliverables (assets, targeting) before execution, and identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and managing support tickets.
