Job Title: Print Production Coordinator

About this Role:

We are seeking a Print Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end print production activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting project coordination, workflow organization, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end print production activities.

  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide operations support, including data entry, mail services, and quality checks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in print production coordination.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry and workflow management tools

Core Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Certification (Preferred): Certified Print Production Professional (CPPP).
