Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Area Head to lead our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department, achieving targeted goals for production yield and energy, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop the skills of your team members, focusing on their personal and professional growth.
2. Develop and implement effective production planning and control strategies to meet business objectives.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ordering of raw materials and spare parts.
4. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary.
5. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall efficiency.
6. Plan and execute new project initiatives, including green field flat glass projects.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A strong background in manufacturing or a related field, preferably with experience in large flat glass production.
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team effectively.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong understanding of production processes, including furnace operation, rolling, annealing, and cutting.
6. Familiarity with OPEX budgeting and control, as well as inventory management systems.
