Job Description

- As the Area Head - Liability Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the designated area to achieve the organization's liability sales targets
- This role involves developing and implementing strategies to promote and sell various liability products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

- Team LeadershipLead and manage a team of liability sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team and ensure continuous skill development
- Sales StrategyDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed liability sales targets in the assigned area
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Product KnowledgeMaintain a thorough understanding of the organization's liability products and stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge
- Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer issues promptly
- Performance Monitoring and ReportingMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall team performance
- ComplianceEnsure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Market ExpansionIdentify new market segments and opportunities for business expansion
