Senior Manager - Security and Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our security and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex risk assessments, developing remediation plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Lead risk assessments based on industry standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
  • Develop and implement remediation plans to address identified risks.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support the entire certification lifecycle.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to manage compliance requirements through awareness initiatives and regular interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments of in-scope facilities against relevant standards.
  • Manage compliance requirements through awareness initiatives and regular interactions.
  • Identify gaps and non-compliances, and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
  • Assist in scoping and develop a calendarized schedule of activities for regular monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any domain, preferably in Information Technology or Computer sciences.
  • Security Certifications like CISA/CRISC/Security+.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in the field of ISO 27001 & SSAE 18 /assessment and Risk management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation; time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
