Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Zscaler Proxy, firewalls, data loss prevention (DLP), and endpoint detection & response (EDR) solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, manage, and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions to ensure secure internet and private application access.
  • Implement and enforce web security policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Zscaler-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and performance tuning of the Zscaler infrastructure to maintain optimal performance.

  • Firewall Administration: Manage and configure firewalls to secure internal and external network traffic.
  • Develop and maintain firewall rules, Network Address Translation (NAT) configurations, and VPN setups as per business requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze firewall logs to detect and respond to potential security incidents in a timely manner.
  • Regularly review firewall policies to ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.

  • Endpoint and Data Protection: Monitor endpoint activity for suspicious behavior and respond promptly to prevent security breaches.
  • Provide incident response support and recommend corrective actions for endpoint security incidents to minimize damage.
  • Participate in vulnerability assessments and implement remediation plans to strengthen endpoint security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security tools and processes.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement.
