- Contact Matrix Management: Map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Inspire and align internal teams (without direct authority) through clear direction and collaboration.
- Time & Priority Management: Balance internal coordination and external engagement to maximize value creation.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deepen and expand customer relationships across key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales to unlock new revenue streams.
- Partner with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve defined growth targets within assigned verticals.
