Key Account Executive Role:

We seek a seasoned professional with expertise in customer insights, solution ownership, and strategic influence to drive account growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact Matrix Management: Map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Inspire and align internal teams (without direct authority) through clear direction and collaboration.
  • Time & Priority Management: Balance internal coordination and external engagement to maximize value creation.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deepen and expand customer relationships across key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Partner with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve defined growth targets within assigned verticals.

  • Leadership changes within client organizations.
  • Major client feedback—positive or negative.
