Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our tech talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tech staffing sector.
  • Buildeffective relationships with clients to understand their technical staffing requirements.
  • Design and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with our recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients, preparing and presenting regular account status reports to senior management, and maintaining accurate client information in CRM systems.

In addition, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, collaborate with our delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the tech staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
