Oracle HCM Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM expert to join our team.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Talent Management, and Compensation.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale HCM projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and ability to design and implement customized solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients.
  • Designing and configuring customized HCM solutions to meet client needs.
  • Providing training and support to clients on the use of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
