Job Title: High Salary Oracle Fusion Sr. HCM Functional ORC

Job Description:

This senior-level role is designed for seasoned professionals with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM Application and 7-10 years of experience.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly on the Oracle Recruitment Cloud Module.
  • They will configure Oracle Recruitment Cloud setups from end to end, designing functional flows and understanding AI features available.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of Security processes in Fusion Apps will be essential.
  • The individual must ensure good documentation skills through Configuration Workbooks, ASIS, Functional Specifications, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOPs.
  • Writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end-to-end business processes will be a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients will also be a key responsibility.
  • Applying cloud implementation, upgrade, and maintenance methodologies will be vital.
  • Independence and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary for this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM applications, specifically Oracle Recruitment Cloud Module, is required. Strong knowledge of Security processes and good documentation skills are also essential.
