
Top Performing Seller Manager

Key to success in this role is the ability to build strong relationships with key partners and drive them towards improving customer experience and Amazon strategy. This involves expanding product selection, improving product availability, category analytics and driving overall improvements to the Amazon store.
Some of the responsibilities include
- Managing a portfolio of top-performing sellers on the marketplace
- Driving seller growth through relevant business insights, building and executing growth plans that cover key business opportunities for the seller and marketplace
- Championing seller needs on the marketplace, building strong communication channels and managing towards growth plans
- Providing guidance on best practices of Business operations to result in great consumer experience
- Analyzing relevant data to provide business insights, conducting deep dive analysis and presenting data trends on the seller's current business and future opportunities
- Partnering with various internal stakeholders to unblock seller needs or fast track processes
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in business terms to both internal and external parties
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel
Additional qualifications include
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of VBA
