What will you do?

  • Develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) to achieve objectives such as brand awareness and sales conversion.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and interests for ad targeting optimization.
  • Create compelling ad copy, imagery, and videos that resonate with target audiences and align with branding guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to experiment with different ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign variables to improve performance and drive results.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging visual assets optimized for Meta ad placements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media advertising, particularly on Meta platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Create performance reports, and strategic recommendations to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, with a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Ads Reporting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising principles, including audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing credentials are a plus.

Experience - 3-5 years

Working days: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
