Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing group, you will be responsible for setting up and executing social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Your primary focus will be on driving campaign performance through data-driven insights, ensuring that all campaigns meet or exceed their targets. You will work closely with the team to build and optimize campaign structures, monitor budget spend, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign goals are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign ROI
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 0-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in biddable media
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
