We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Specialist to join our global teams across various markets.

Role Overview

This role involves working as an independent Quality Engineer within an Agile DevOps, product-centric environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on building innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute testing strategies and plans in accordance with industry standards.
  • Create test specifications, produce test estimates, and track spend against plan to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Design and develop automated test packs with high efficiency and quality to improve test coverage.
  • Evaluate potential risks in the development process and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
  • A background in software analysis or software development is necessary.
  • ISTQB Software Testing Foundation or Intermediate Certification is required.
  • Experience in LoadRunner and knowledge of Cloud technology (Google and Azure), Microsoft CRM, Window, and UNIX server, Web & App platforms are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving approach, self-starter skills, good communication and collaboration skills, and team player attitude are highly valued.
