Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Evaluate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects.
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform and applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.

Salary Range: ₹18.75 LPA - ₹22.50 LPA (Depending on Experience)
