Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of sales tools and processes. This individual is responsible for resolving technical issues, providing system support to users, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to Salesforce, CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.
  • Support Management: Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Triage and Escalation: Triage Level 2 tickets and escalate them to relevant stakeholders with necessary information.
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Assist in scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations.
  • SLA Management: Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) targets.
  • Access and Visibility: Manage access and visibility-related issues.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Assist in documenting best practices and usage guides.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with internal/external customers and vendors (technical and non-technical) in Sales Operations.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
  • Administration Skills: Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Data Security and Territory Management: Good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology, focusing on data security and territory management.
  • Sales Processes and Environment: Experience with sales processes and working in a sales environment is a plus.
  • User Support: Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
  • Teamwork and Customer Focus: Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
  • Problem Solving: Quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aggressive problem solver.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Addional Skills: Additional knowledge of ServiceNow, Workbench, Dataloader, and SOQL is a plus.
