Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Expert to play a key role in optimizing and supporting our client's supply chain processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders to improve and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) system, focusing on process improvements and user adoption.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for D365 SCM functionalities.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize D365 SCM modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide expert functional support for supply chain operations, including inventory, logistics, procurement, and warehouse management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption of the system by end-users.
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant/Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Proven ability to work closely with business teams to ensure optimal system functionality, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong English communication skills – both written and spoken, with a team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across different functions.
  • Completed basic training such as MB-300 and MB-330, with a desire to continuously develop skills and knowledge.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with Exflow (Invoice handling tool) and COMARCH (Invoice Sending, Receiving & Archiving), with a background in workflow configuration and integration.
  • Data migration experience, with a focus on local requirements from China and Taiwan.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Procurement and sourcing expertise, with experience in accounts payable and human resources.
  • Inventory management and general ledger experience, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with organization administration and fixed assets, with a background in product information management.
