Employee Exit Program Specialist
">The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the exit process for employees, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining positive relationships.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
We are seeking an individual with 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes, who possesses a deep understanding of call handling protocols and can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in managing group mailboxes and SharePoint, as well as maintaining confidentiality and conducting objective, unbiased discussions.
In addition, they should be able to liaise with ethics and compliance teams, handle exceptional scenarios, and prepare weekly and monthly reports on transaction processing.
Key qualities include the ability to present data logically, handle workload independently, and possess excellent client-facing exposure.
- Working Experience: 4-6 years in exit interview process
- Knowledge: Understanding of exit interview call handling
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and listening skills required
- Schedule and Conduct: Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees
- Group Mailbox and SharePoint: Manage group mailbox and SharePoint for incoming requests
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and ensure objective, unbiased discussion
- Liaison: Liaise with ethics and compliance team on ethics-related concerns
- Emails and Clarification: Write emails and provide clarification to employees
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders for exceptional/new scenarios
- Reports: Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports on all transactions processed
- SLA Adherence: Understand SLA concepts and adhere to them
- Teamwork: Handle workload as an individual contributor while being a team player
- Pilot Transition/Knowledge Transfer: Experience in handling pilot transitions/knowledge transfer exposures valued
