Lead Business Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the growth of our PLM IT Services Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap, building and scaling capabilities, and driving innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities people, solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  • Strengthen the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal dependency on top management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services with at least 5 years in Project/Practice Management and a proven track record of building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 to 25 years of experience in IT services.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project/Practice Management.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Deep delivery and people management experience across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and demonstrated executive presence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Engineering or Technology graduate; MBA preferred.
