Head of IT Services

We are seeking a seasoned IT Leadership professional to spearhead our PLM IT Services practice. This role demands in-depth domain expertise, exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Roadmap Development: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with our organizational objectives.
- Practice Growth and Scaling: Develop, manage, and scale practice capabilities, encompassing people, solutions, tools, and processes.
- Technical and Delivery Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards of technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
- Capability Enhancement: Continuously enhance offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities within the PLM practice.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects with minimal dependency on senior management.
- Collaboration and Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Pre-sales Support: Provide support for pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
The Practice Leader will be responsible for building strategic capabilities, driving innovation, scaling delivery, and ensuring customer success in the Product Lifecycle Management space.
