We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Head to lead and grow our PLM IT Services Practice . This role requires deep domain expertise, people and delivery leadership, customer relationship skills, and strong business acumen. The Practice Head will be responsible for building strategic capabilities, driving innovation, scaling delivery, and ensuring customer success.

Location- Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune

Work Mode- Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

1. Practice Leadership

  • Define the strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with company goals.
  • Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities people, solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  • Strengthen the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.
  • Manage the practice (multiple projects) with minimal dependency on top management.

2. Business Growth & Customer Success

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
