Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary
Business Head
to lead, manage, and expand our facility management services business. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep industry knowledge to drive business growth, explore new markets, and oversee operational excellence. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations, developing growth strategies, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand service offerings and geographical reach of the business.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across multiple verticals of facility management (soft services, hard services, integrated solutions).
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Oversee P&L management, financial planning, and resource allocation to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve operational and service delivery standards.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Mentor and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement expansion strategies into new markets, regions, and service areas.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements in all business dealings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:
    20+ years of progressive leadership experience in facility management industry or related service industries mandatory.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, business development, and enterprise-wide leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to execute long-term business plans.
  • Proven record of expanding business portfolios and establishing market presence.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market environments and lead organizational transformation.
