Job Overview:

The MEP Systems Manager oversees the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The role ensures compliance with regulations, maximizes energy efficiency, and manages budgets and teams for seamless system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Implementation: Collaborate with teams to design and oversee MEP system installations, ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
  • Maintenance & Operations: Develop preventive maintenance plans and manage repairs to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
  • Compliance: Ensure MEP systems comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards, coordinating inspections and audits.
  • Budget Management: Estimate costs and manage budgets for MEP systems, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians, collaborating with other departments.
  • Energy Efficiency & Sustainability: Implement energy-saving strategies and eco-friendly practices in system design and operations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality service and favorable contracts.
