We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead the growth of our PLM IT Services Practice.

This role requires a deep understanding of domain expertise, people management, delivery leadership, customer relationships, and strategic business acumen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building capabilities, driving innovation, scaling delivery, and ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Leadership:
    • Create a strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with company goals.
    • Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities, including people, solutions, tools, and processes.
    • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
    • Strengthen the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.
    • Manage multiple projects with minimal dependency on top management.
  • Business Growth & Customer Success:
    • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
    • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective relationship building and communication.
