PLM IT Services Practice Lead

Steepgraph is seeking an experienced professional to lead and grow our PLM IT Services Practice. This role requires a deep understanding of the PLM domain, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer relationship skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic capabilities, driving innovation, and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with business goals.
  • Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities including people, solutions, tools, and processes.
  • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  • Strengthen the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities.
  • Manage multiple projects with minimal dependency on top management.

Business Growth & Customer Success:

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
  • Drive business growth and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the PLM domain and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
