Job Summary:
As a key member of our digital operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Platform Stability Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and site reliability engineering (SRE).
- Combine application support engineer and SRE responsibilities to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Provide responsive application support and enhance monitoring systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain system stability, security, and risk management to uphold platform integrity and resilience.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with log monitoring tools.
- Cloud platforms experience, specifically AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency in tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Python programming skills and experience with version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing quality support to internal and external clients.
