We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through paid media campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.
- Design full-funnel advertising plans tailored for e-commerce brands.
- Manage daily budgets and bids to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize ad funnels to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to enhance website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and attribution platforms.
- Provide regular performance dashboards with actionable insights.
- Forecast ad spends, CAC, and ROAS based on past data and industry benchmarks.
- Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
- Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
- Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Work closely with creative teams to guide ad content development.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacking strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools.
- Deep knowledge of CAC, ROAS, CLV, average order value (AOV), retention, and attribution modeling.
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns with significant ad spends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
