We are seeking a seasoned digital marketer with expertise in performance advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data-driven marketing strategies and hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to drive B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop targeted audience segments based on US market trends and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Prioritize campaign budgets for efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance advertising.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven track record working with US-based clients; understanding of US market trends is essential.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with additional paid platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter/X) and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo is beneficial.
