We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Performance Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and brand awareness through digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in digital marketing, with a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). They will be responsible for driving key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) – while continuously analyzing campaign data to inform targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, comfortable working with data, and has strong communication and collaboration skills. A passion for wellness and consumer brands is a plus, but not required.

This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing in a fast-growing D2C brand, direct reporting to the brand and marketing team, and opportunities to work on campaigns that directly impact growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Track budgets, daily spends, and campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.
