Job Title: Digital Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Digital Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that drive user engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create digital designs that meet brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
    • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
    • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
    • Strong knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
    • Understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
    • Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working on international brands or global campaigns.
    • Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or video editing (nice to have).
