We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, applications, and services.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Monitoring systems and applications in real-time
  2. Identifying and acknowledging alerts and anomalies
  3. Escalating incidents to support teams based on severity
  4. Performing basic health checks and validations
  5. Tracking and updating incident tickets

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A solid understanding of IT infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

In terms of qualifications, exposure to ITIL processes and certification in basic IT or networking is highly desirable. Experience in IT monitoring or helpdesk roles is also preferred.
