Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
  • Implement Amazon Lex for conversational interfaces, Amazon Kinesis Data Streams for real-time data streaming, and AWS Contact Lens for customer conversation analysis.
  • Provide secondary skills support for Avaya Aura CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, and NICE.

  • Responsibility 1: Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS. Ensure that all cloud resources are properly configured, secured, and monitored to meet business requirements.
  • Responsibility 2: Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda and Step Functions. This involves designing, developing, and testing scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud-based systems that meet performance and security standards.
  • Responsibility 3: Implement Amazon Lex for conversational interfaces, Amazon Kinesis Data Streams for real-time data streaming, and AWS Contact Lens for customer conversation analysis. Develop solutions that leverage these services to enhance customer experience and improve business insights.
  • Responsibility 4: Provide secondary skills support for Avaya Aura CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, and NICE. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of these systems and provide training and documentation to team members as needed.
