Software systems are complex structures that require careful maintenance and support to function effectively. As a seasoned ERP IT Support Specialist in the Real Estate Industry, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of our enterprise resource planning system across all modules.

In this role, you will collaborate with business associates and vendors to troubleshoot issues, enhance functionality, and maintain application stability. Your expertise will be invaluable in resolving technical problems, providing comprehensive training to users, and analyzing business requirements to identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.

You will work closely with a team to supervise and mentor junior staff members, coordinating efforts to resolve application issues and implement solutions. Additionally, you will register new clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating their data as needed, and provide thorough support and training to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
